Protecting your privacy is really important to us

With this in mind, we're providing this Privacy Policy to explain our practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information we receive from you when you register for and use our Services. Unless we define a term in this Privacy Policy, all capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service.

Information Collected or Received from You

We collect and use the information described in this policy to provide, improve, secure and protect the Services we offer to you. Account Information

If you create an Account using your login credentials from one of your SNS Accounts, we'll be able to access and collect your name and email address and other PII that your privacy settings on the SNS Account permit us to access. If you create an Account through the Site or one of your SNS Accounts, we may also collect your gender, date of birth, zip code and other information that is not considered PII because it cannot be used by itself to identify you.

Billing Information

If you choose to use our paid Services, we collect billing address and payment account information, such as PayPal account and credit card information (collectively, "Billing Information"). Credit card purchases are processed by our payment processing partner, and we do not store credit card numbers or full PayPal account numbers.

Usage Information

We automatically collect certain information from the devices you use to connect to our Services, which we refer to as "Log Data."" Log Data includes information such as you Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system, the web page that a User was visiting before accessing our Services, the pages or features of our Services to which a User browsed and the time spent on those pages or features, search terms, the links on our Services you clicked and other statistics. We collect Log Data regardless of whether you have an account with Doable. We use Log Data to administer and protect the Services. We may analyze (and may engage third parties to analyze) Log Data to improve, customize and enhance our Services and to help us understand where our services are being used.

Mobile Device Information

We collect certain information that your mobile device sends when you use our Services, like a device identifier, user settings and the operating system of your device, as well as information about your use of our Services.

Location Information

We may estimate your general location based on the IP address of the device you use to connect to the Services. When you use our mobile app, we may also access your mobile device’s GPS coordinates or coarse location if you enable location services on your device. We may use location information to improve and personalize our Services for you. If you do not want us to collect location information, you may disable that feature on your mobile device.

Like many website owners and operators, we use automated data collection tools such as “Cookies” to collect certain information about your use of the Services.

Service Integrations

Doable allows or may allow in the future the ability to add integrations with third-party systems for the benefit of its clients. We do not receive or store your passwords for any of these services. You can remove an integration at anytime which unbinds that integration on a go-forward basis.

Your Choices

We offer you choices regarding the collection, use and sharing of your PII and we'll respect the choices you make. Please note that if you decide not to provide us with the PII that we request, you may not be able to access all of the features of the Services.

Although Doable is located in the United States, we may process, transmit or store your data outside the United States in order to optimize our ability to provide you with our Services. These locations may be outside the country where you reside.

California residents may request and obtain from us, once a year, free of charge, a list of third parties, if any, to which we disclosed their PII for direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year and the categories of PII shared with those third parties.
